which portal is providing entirely free own domain name and free web hosting?

I am having only sub-domains but viewing the present circumstances I intend to find out which portal is providng entirely free own domain names and free hosing?

There is NO such thing as a free lunch. ALL “free” packages and domain names have strings attached… ALL OF THEM! Most times it is banner advertising.

Rather than name names which might not be right for you but are right for me, try this resource at http://www.thefreecountry.com/ which lists a LOT of various free stuff for web things. Rather than use a “free” domain name, why be SO cheap? Why not spend a few dollars and register your OWN domain name? All of th free ones come with strings attached, like advertising or requiring some number of hits per month to keep the name. I use http://www.namecheap.com and the cost is about average at $9/year. http://www.godaddy.com has a comparable cost. There are literally HUNDREDS of registrars out there for low cost. Are you REALLY that broke or that cheap that you can’t pay a few dollars to register your own domain? Free hosting is another matter entirely. Most will not let you use your own domain name for a free package, but will if you pay for hosting. Anyway, let your fingers do the walking at the free country link I placed above.

By the way: domains at http://www.co.cc EXPIRE after a year and cost $3/year to renew. So, FREE for a year and then you have to pay. I think that even if expired, no one can hijack your domain, unlike dot COM or dot ORG or whatever. The only way someone else can use this domain name of yours is if you delete the domain from your account, THEN it becomes available for anyone else to use. I am NOT certain of this, but I suspect that is the way it works. Domains at dot TK require 30 hits per month to remain active, otherwise they drop them. Like I said, no such thing as a free lunch… YMMV…
